starting a #sourdough in the peak of winter is not an easy endeavour, but after one week, and after 2 attempts, this local organic whole wheat is showing consistent bubbling and a 50% rise after 12 hours. That’s the best it’ll do Guess I’ll have to research more on making nordic #bread! Any tips?

Soupe aux pois fait au bouillon maison de dinde bio des fermes de Charlevoix. “French-Canadian” Whole yellow pea soup made with local organic home made turkey broth. Ça sent bon, ça sustente et c’est fait entièrement avec des produits locaux 🍽️ Bon appétit 😋
