Our hospital in town announced they stopped all elective surgery. Because they have too many respiratory cases. Just like in 2020. Fun times.

They missed out on 40 years and thought we owe them. A lot of them are stuck in East Block mentality. They didn't want help, they wanted cash. Once they found out that freedom truly comes with responsibillity, they complained and haven't stopped since. 🤷🏻♀️

Yeah. I'm fine. The steam.cleaner is even still "working" just clogged somehow. Thank goodness it wasn't a pressurised one. Just a small little one for home use.

So glad ours are indoor cats only. And balcony. No mice or anything and the birds have learned to stay away. I will def tell my neighbour downstairs. She lets her cat roam. And so does my friend. Already sent her this.

I have had it before but never with sprouts. I had a lady tell me she eats it with honey and chick peas. Haven't tried that either. And yes bagels and jam is delicious.

They are german gnocchi basically. Made from potatoes.
I forget if you can eat that. But here is the recipe. I am sure you can exchange the wheat flour for rice flour, or any other flour you can eat.

She lives out in the Boonies. For real. They don't even have a UPS store in town. The gas station takes their drop off lol but yeah. I told her to let me know if it has even ine scratch on it or water damage, because I insured it. And I will make them pay.

Schupfnudeln. Basically a German/Bavarian gnocchi.
Boiled potatoes, flour, salt and pepper. Then make the little saussage shapes, boil them and presto. You can fry them up after boiming, which I like best. Throw them in with some sauerkraut and some bacon and fry it all up and e voila dinner

They literally just tossed it over her fence into the snow.
Not anywhere near any door front or back, or even near their gate. It's ridiculous. Well. She has to go retrieve it tomorrow. We only saw the pic the delivery guy took. It's too dsrk now and it is stuck in a snow bank
