Going live with Magic Numbers - today we'll talk about finding the right cards for the right deck in Aetherdrift draft. Link below

Draft is self-correcting. How many times did you hear that? Now you can see it thanks to 17Lands data. And don't worry - explanation follows. 1/7

There were several examples of plays that were not according to the rules this weekend. While those things happen and I don't want to call any of those cheating, they somehow always benefitted the person making the error, which is less likely by chance. Can microbes help with that? 1/9

Age yourself with a movie you saw in theaters

🏆WB is moving up and up in my DFT archetypes power rankings. This one could get explosive starts but also won many games after a long grind. 7-2 in the end with one game punted due to impatience. And it was fun to play. Draft was v. tricky - which picks would you make differently? (Log below)

PT is upon us so time for very unsolicited advice to those playing about the limited portion. Set has been out for a week and a bit, so we have enough data to at least discuss. Paper at high level is very different from Arena BO1, so I try to pick some pieces of data that can still be useful. 1/15

How entitlement and cheating go hand in hand? I marked 250 essays this year. Zero complaints about the marking. Had leftover 6 that were delayed because of plagiarism issues. Remarked those, got 2 complaints. Marks were in the bottom quartile, but far from lowest. This applies to Magic.
