Took me way too long to get around to finishing Bomb Rush Cyberfunk but I really enjoyed it. Even if fighting was the weakest part, broke up the platforming enough and was always in short bursts.

Pulled off a big one at Skitching the Elephant today. Still can’t believe W sent me a list of his 100 favorite games! www.skitchingtheelephant.com/p/george-w-b...

Hit gold 3 in Starcraft 2. On a side note, studios should standardize if "Division + higher number" is better or "Division + lower number" is better.

NetEase issued a statement after laying off key members of the Marvel Rivals development team, claiming the game had fallen short of expectations. paletteswap.site/dif...

Giovanni's writing is always incredible. I love the way he can put games in context with real life circumstance and reflect on how that can change the way we perceive games.

Weird that Darwin's Paradox reminds me of Inside.

The worst part of Starcraft 2 so far is the amount of quitters. I can't rank down to people of my level because I'll run into a string of people trying to tank their account to lower divisions by quitting immediately and I'll rank right back up just to get decimated again.

Played my first six games of Starcraft 2 and walked away with a 50% win rate which sounds alright but one quit immediately seeing it would be zerg vs zerg, and the other two were from people quitting out of the game after I sent "gg" and was about to quit myself.

@brianaltano.bsky.social Yo, I'm visiting Portland in a couple days and I revisited your Fast Travel video. I always felt it was an incredibly cool concept for a show and just wanted to let you know that they're still incredible. Really looking forward to checking out some of the spots you mentioned

Helped a friend move yesterday and I'm not sure if I've grown that horribly out of shape or if I'm getting old but I'm fried today.

Doseone has been a hero of mine since the 90s, really happy to see him around still in music and in games. Also go play Sludge Life and Samurai Gunn 2, they're both awesome.

As always when HardDrive nonsense comes up, I always want to remind people that PaletteSwap is fantastic and has a lot of the old writers over there.

Palette Swap always has great pieces and this one is no different. Playstation used to be my favorite publisher but I have so few things to play from them in recent years Sega has kind of taken over. Cool to read some reasons as to why.

One passenger’s uncharged Steam Deck did the unthinkable in what some are deeming a miracle. paletteswap.site/dif...

The FINAL INSTALLMENT of The Kozibear's Cooking Holiday Special - and Kozibear's Cooking in its entirety - is NOW LIVE! To celebrate the occasion, I'm keeping things chill and baking up a fresh batch of Christmas cookies! Twitch: www.twitch.tv/kozibearlive YouTube: www.youtube.com/live/y9w0UyE...

No bait, haven't played in weeks and got on Valorant the last two nights to some of the best games I've ever had and I'm now the highest rank I've ever been.

An Okami sequel, a Virtua Figher sequel, and a new Ueda game all announced on the same day is absolutely bananas.

Can't imagine a bigger "Holy shit" moment than this and the game awards haven't started yet. www.youtube.com/watch?v=J4hC...

When I got a 144hz monitor it felt like literal cheating with how much easier aiming was. I just now realized I've been using the wrong cable and I've still been playing on 60. GOING TO FEEL LIKE CHEATING AGAIN LET'S GOOOOO!

The rise of the war on christmas has a direct correlation with the fall in popularity of raunchy Christmas songs.
