Eesh, that doesn’t sound fun. :I I have to wait to get my own bloodwork done closer to when I get my thing even scheduled and that won’t be until late summertime, I’m hoping nothing crops up that is detrimental to the procedure. 🤞

Yep, the waymy doctor described it is they're going to be either cauterizing or completely removing the tubes, so the only parts still staying is the ovaries so I don't "freefall into menopause" immediately. Oh god ectopic pregnancies, don't get me STARTED! Absolute nightmare scenario 💀

Haha yeah! They're leaving my ovaries in as they were fine on exam/ultrasound so I may be off the hook for HRT stuff for a bit more, but I don't care if I have to start right away. Anything to get this disease bag out!

The one downside, is that thanks to other already-scheduled things that cannot be moved, it's not happening until the fall. I don't trust being able to heal fully in between each thing to get it done before then. x-x

at least it's my non-dominant arm....? tho, I do find I use my left/non-dominant arm for more of the "heavy" tasks and my right/dominant is relegated to "finer" tasks, and with the left out of commission a lot of things are that much harder now
