Can be more if multiple timezones are involved. Like if there's 6 or more hours difference and that person is also incredibly tied up the response time may take longer. A day or two is also acceptable I think unless it was a high priority message.

For everyone here, it’s HIPAA not HIPPA. And you have the legal right to know who accessed your record. Unauthorized Access – If your record was accessed without a legitimate purpose, this could be considered impermissible disclosure and may constitute a HIPAA breach under 45 CFR Β§ 164.402.
