Got my medical records the same day I requested them. I’m really grateful, and now I’m that much closer to getting back on ADHD meds and making sure I’m up to date on all of my vaccines. ☺️

It really is nonsense that you can not eat as much as you normally do for a while, don’t sleep well for a few days, drink under 50oz of water daily, and all of a sudden you’re prone to sickness.
