I agree. 2 things to add to this conversation.
1. There was a deal in place that Trump ripped up & walked away from.
2. The fact the US dropped huge munitions on these locations would suggest to me that the knew there were no bombs.

I don't disagree. He should publicly apologise as part of the disciplinary process. If he has refused to do so, or it happens again, then move him on. I think Sancho was different because he downed tools
