Due to geography this will never be a land war. Missiles and drones, back and forth until they run out of them. No winners only losers and that is usually just civilians. Gaza/Israel/Iran, Ukraine/Russia... The world is going to shit.

I don't think I talked about morals in the way most people usually view it; as a bi product of religion. My point is that if morals guide your actions it doesn't have too be religious or philosophical it could just be survival based.

Chimpanzees also hunt and kill other monkeys. They also wage wars against other Chimpanzees .

Afraid not. The crap they serve in most schools in the US/UK is dirt cheap, super processed, frozen "food" you just re-heat. So since kids eat crap in the school and crap at home paired with 24/7 snacking they don't stand a chance. Hand them a pack of smokes and a quart of vodka. Just as healthy,

The same harm we as a spices have done since time immemorial. English may not be my native language but I'm proficient enough to recognize an overbearing, pompous, superior git. This leads nowhere. I'm out. Take it as a "win" if it strokes your ego.

Remind me who died and made you a flawless, superior being? Untarnished and pristine? All knowing? I'm a died in the wool pragmatic. Why do people act against their own interests or even their own morals? Because we are flawed. Lord your phd over me in person and civility would not be my response.

Good for you but I think you give humanity too much credit. When push comes to shove: www.youtube.com/watch?v=2gD9...

Define "moral". Are your morals superior to mine and if, how so? Why do you assume you have higher ground? You don't know me.

"An appeal to nature fallacy occurs when someone assumes something is good or better simply because it's natural, or bad because it's unnatural. This fallacy relies on the false premise that natural things are inherently superior" Not sure I agree. Sometimes a cigar is just a cigar...

Most "morals" is based on survival. Since we are flock animals we can't cheat, steal or kill because we would be ejected from the flock and we can't survive and prosper alone. Nothing to do with faith or "morals".

Hear hear! At a wedding I sat next to a vegan that sighed every time I took a bite of venison. I pointed out that she was vegan by choice and if I so chose, I could eat her. She changed table.

Well, my eating habits has nothing to do with my feelings. From the dawn of time we have stuck to the see food diet: If you see food, eat it. I have no moral qualms being at the top of the food chain. You don't want to be eaten? Evolve! 😁

Unfortunately, this is incorrect. The budget schools have to spend on food us close to nothing. Cooking from scratch with fresh produce is a pipe dream. Here in Sweden school lunches are free and always include vegetarian options and a sallad bar. Sure, our taxes are higher but we are OK with that.

Maybe not but humans are omnivores and we can eat anything. And we will. www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ry41...

Well, as long as you are aware of what you need to stay healthy. A friend went on a strict HFLC diet. Her hobby was doing crossword puzzles and the lack of carbs made her slower...

Yes. The diet of especially the southern states is horrible. Deep fry everything. I love deep fried stuff but I eat it maybe once every other month. Not every day. Same with pizza, burgers and fries. I cook from scratch with fresh produce and meats. I have a great grocery store next door.

And I don't know how idiots eat...

Well better for animals is sort of a given, right? What I mean is that certain essential fats are rare in vegan diets. Unless you plan your menus a lot, supplements like omega 3-6 is good for growing kids & pregnant/nursing women.

Vegan? Do you know what vegans and owners of electric cars have in common? It's the first thing they'd tell a stranger at a party 😁 I wouldn't recommend a vegan diet for kids. It's too complicated. Focus on portion size, nutrition, less sugar and more physical activities.
comment in response to post
It's not "big food" that's making your kids fat. It's their parents. Kids eat what their parents buy for them. You have to start with educating the parents about nutrition, portion sizes and physical activity. It may be too late for this generation but maybe the next one.

(1 Samuel 15:3-4) God instructed Saul through the prophet Samuel to “go and attack Amalek, and utterly destroy all that they have, and do not spare them. But kill both man and woman, INFANT and NURSING CHILD, ox and sheep, camel and donkey” The religion of love...

Most books are an easier read than the Bible. I have never been stoned enough to get through the book of revelation without wanting to head butt an anvil😁

Well, IMHO, Buddhism is more of a philosophy than a religion. Buddha himself never claimed divinity. As for destructive, living in fear of Gods punishment for not following his outrageous demands is as destructive as it gets. Satan is spiritual, intellectual and personal freedom.

Satan doesn't demand my worship. He demands I do the work to liberate people from the stranglehold of outdated religious dogma and hypocritical definitions of sin. Satan is freedom, power and a guide in the darkness.

There are more versions of Satanism. Non-theistic "Satanists" like TST/CoS are basically atheists in too much mascara and enough piercings to attract fridge magnets 😁 Theistic Satanists follows/worships Satan the same way Christians follow/worships God/Jesus.

Most Satanists I have met are life affirming people wanting to live their lives without the choke hold of outdated religious dogma and sanctimonious morals.

In 1966 LaVey basically copyrighted the term Satanism like it was a concept he invented. The term and versions of it has been around since the middle ages. He was indeed an atheist, charismatic hedonist who enjoyed sex/drugs/rock n' roll. Not the dark Messiah. Not the chosen one. Just a man.

Respectfully, Satanism doesn't mean nihilism. Most Satanists I have met are life affirming people wanting to live their lives without the choke hold of outdated religious dogma and sanctimonious morals. Although, IMHO, CoS & TST are basically atheists in too much mascara with a kink 😁😁😁

Sure. Why not. Compared to the worshiper of the rage filled, homicidal sociopath of the old testament they/we are probably closer to that brand.
