The repetitive nature of many of these orders can be explained by the fact that each time he releases another batch, an ocean of adrenaline and cortisol washes over the country. It's pretty clear that more than any specific agenda item, this is the official strategy for the next four years.

In the aftermath of the UK Supreme Court ruling on trans people and biological sex, a really concerning thing among cisgender legal advocacy groups has been adopting wholly the legal concept that trans women ARE biological men and trans men ARE biological women, as given in the ruling.

The recent decision by the Scottish Supreme Court that being a woman is based on biological sex is a decision bought by millions of dollars of anti trans activism in the media. it does nothing to adequately explain transgender lives or lived experiences, and is a massive step backwards for all.
