Well, this is a first. I was pretty tired tonight, still had to do fliers, signs, make earrings out of new dogwood beads. Then it was 9 PM and I was stick-a-fork-in-me done. Folks, I didn’t load the car tonight. I remember the days that I wouldn’t sleep before a show. Like at all. Now… ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

We hope you’ll join us for the Greenfield Hill Congregational Church Dogwood Festival in Fairfield, CT. There are tons of NEW earrings with teeny tiny Peruvian ceramic beads. Some of these are one of a kind, can’t get ‘em again! Some are joining our regular rotation (until the supply runs out).

Ok, I screwed around for three days. Monday I was glued to social media… and got a new bird Kiwi. Tuesday I torched all afternoon. Yesterday I drove all over creation then played in the garden and repotted seedlings. TODAY I’m going to clean beads, do laundry, and FINALLY make jewelry. Maybe.

Sooo the weather this weekend kinda (really) sucked. The deluge Saturday was incredible! However, we sold a BUNCH of earrings with my lampwork glass beads. I’m so honored! The best was the young lady who bought earrings for prom and then waited patiently while I designed a matching bracelet. ❤️❤️❤️

We’re back! Festival season begins today at the Meriden Daffodil Festival. Come visit us in Hubbard Park today until 7 and Sunday from 10-5. There is no parking at the park (ha-ha) so you’ll have to take the free shuttle from Meriden Mall, Platt HS, or Lincoln MS. We hope you’ll stop by and say hi 😊

Hubby and I loaded the car a few hours ago. It had been months since we did a gridwall load, and we were in problem solving mode. Let’s put these tubs here, I want to try the cart there instead, 10 minutes and we were done. He remarked we didn’t fight at all so we should fight now. (1/2)

Ohhhhh man I hurt. This is excruciating and I can’t sleep. I think it’s a strain in a rib muscle (or more) from moving blueberry branches into the van. Now I can’t get them out at the dump. If I’m still in this much pain in the morning I’ll call the Dr. 😭😭😭

I’m enjoying going through receipts for taxes. The trip to San Jose to see long-time friends/customers. Eating a whole pizza at a festival. Driving to PA to buy 100 lbs of glass near where hubby grew up and visiting the church where our son is buried. I wonder what memories I’ll make this year. 🥲
