Absolutely chilling to see the government use lawfare against a state because their governor spoke up. Icing on the cake is that this was issued by a lawyer working in Civil Rights.

The rule of law is under active assault

People need to understand this: Trump did not leave office willingly the first time. If his health holds up, he will not leave office willingly this time. He is not joking about serving more than two terms.

Minnesota’s deputy director for the Small Business Administration was fired Feb. 7, rehired days later when the government said it made a mistake, and then fired again last week. Another federal employee who was abruptly fired has newborn twins in the NICU. More stories of chaos + cruelty:
