Don’t lose hope. Remember, Watergate took over two years to fully unravel from the initial break-in to Nixon’s resignation. Just like then and now, Americans are losing faith in their government. We are documenting every illegal action and will hold this administration and Elon Musk accountable.

The Internet Archive has to date downloaded 500 terabytes of US government websites, which it crawls at the end of every presidential term. The whole archive is fully searchable. When I was a contractor at USPS, I had access to Personally Identifiable Information as part of the work. Every year, there was required training on handing PII. The idea that Elon has just waltzed into Treasury and gained access to the PII of everyone in the country, is absolutely staggering.

I am not an author, but I would find it mildly annoying that the only adjective associated with authors is ‘bestselling’. No matter what they write, no matter the genre, the meaning behind the work, they’re all just bestselling’. You could say ‘oxygen-breathing’ and be just as correct.
