We're also going to check out the local fabric stores. Portland appears to have several local business options compared to our town only having a Joann.

Thank you, Hopscotch looks right up our alley! We're interested in both touristy and local scene. I don't drink, so not much interest in the bar scene. A few things we are looking into are the zoo, Japanese garden, peculiarium, odditorium, Bigfoot center, movie madness, comic shops, etc.

I've heard from so many different creators that whenever anything Roger Rabbit adjacent is pitched at Disney, it's immediately shut down because the rights are tied up with so many different individuals. It's sad, because I would love to see that world expanded upon and your idea sounds amazing.
