Dear medical offices: I did not fill out 27 forms explicitly authorizing you to leave explicitly detailed voicemail messages so that you can leave a message saying "I'm calling about an issue related to your medical care so please call me back."

Sharing another piece I'm proud of this year: After Slate published an article in which a writer urged progressives to get on board with police surveillance, they let me write a rebuttal articulating exactly what's harmful about more surveillance.

Latest comic: While app-connected air fryers may not pose the greatest privacy risk in our everyday lives, they are part of a growing Internet of Things capable of collecting data when and where we least expect it.

One of the more interesting gift ideas list I have read. The first one with the train PCB maps is awesome.
