Monsanto merged w/ Pharmacia in '99, which spun off "new" Monsanto as separate firm focused solely on crop science, while Pharmacia kept the pharma/chemical biz. Pharmacia merged w/ Pfizer in 2003, inheriting the Clayton/Newstead research facility and sold it in 2012, later leased by FDA (2/2)

For what itā€™s worth, the infrastructure improvements all look visually complete and quite nice. No complaints from me in that regard, though residents on the street may be more aware

Not a full set of plans though, correct? Preservation Board routinely reviews initial schematics without permit-ready drawings. And the bldg demo would have been an easy approval. Keeley knows this process well šŸ¤”
