Amazon Prime cancelled. Used to order matcha through prime and now Amazon’s free shipping takes a week. Decided to get the matcha directly from the manufacturer last night. It’s $5 cheaper and guess what? They use Amazon for logistics. It’s arriving tomorrow 💪🏽

While exploring frontend development, would deployment-related content be helpful to others? I’ve noticed that many new developers often opt for SaaS or PaaS solutions. One drawback is that the cold start times for projects can be quite long. Recruiters/hiring managers may lose interest.

Had some time to pick up the odin project again. Iterating through the mini message-board project: mb.thecodedom.com Some notes: - self hosting this in a VPS and using Podman to run the containers. - Also went for Sqlite vs Postgres, bc sqlite is good. - as an SRE/DevOps guy deploy is easy
