It’s a fantastic read. I bought a copy last October and couldn’t put it down. Even though I was around in the early days of the UK fandom - there was so much going on that I was oblivious to. I can certainly recommend this brilliant book.

I’ve been encouraging folk to live their lives true to themselves, yet (hypocritically) I’ve been neglecting this part of my own life.
As someone (edging closer to 50 years old) with probably more years behind me than in front of me, I needed to make this positive change.

I was probably a bit vague in my original post. I’m not making the body suits from scratch, although I am “experimenting” with suits from alternative providers.
I do like your “DIY” suggestion though - I could even design and build a hybrid suit using both fur and spandex.

What makes it even more humorous is that the UK's Driver & Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA) provide a similar service (www.gov.uk/check-mot-history) - although this mainly relates to the health of the vehicle and other technical specs - making it impossible to hide the age of your vehicle.

Yes. Vanity plates are embarrassingly common this side of the English channel. In many cases (because UK standard-issue plates include the year the vehicle was first registered) I suspect many folk are trying to hide the age of their vehicle.

I’ve been a furry all my life, although I did take a hiatus from the community to focus on other things.
As a 48 year old greymuzzle, I can confirm there is no upper age limit.
As you get more involved with the community, I’m sure you’ll find plenty of greymuzzle friends.
