Yup. Just found this. Did it under the Congressional Review Act. Final rule was published 12/12. The bill was introduced on 2/13. It looks like that was a day after the CRA deadline.

I still have my U2 ipod. Battery is dead dead, but I refused to exchange it for a newer model.
