Step one: you're going to need an ear to sculpt on! You can cast your ear in body double silicone from @smoothon.bsky.social and a plastic cup for stability. The war relief can the be cast in resin. I used onyx fast also from smooth on.

Step six: (hopefully) enjoy the fruits of your labor! The silicone I use for the prosthetics part is Dragon skin FX pro also from @smoothon.bsky.social and tinted with either silc pig or the bottled pigment from Kryolan and some red flocking.

We made costumes for all of the employees as well! The chestplate master was made of @sksprops.bsky.social
HD foam then (along with the helmet and armor) mold and cast using @smoothon.bsky.social Rebound 25 and SC 65D, painted with Duralumen.
