THe story I posted is on the other coast. Salem, OR.

Absolutely! Since then, this location added more on-site security, and today I noticed they lined up all their Cybertrucks in front of the building along the road almost like they were trying to make a wall of them for protection or something. (LOL) I'll see if I can get a picture tomorrow maybe.

I wasn't even there at the time, didn't see nothing. But seeing burned Teslas and boarded up windows brings me a smile.

Priests? Or pirates?

Being non-binary largely comes down to realizing that me trying to present as "typically masc" or "typically femme" was like masking autistically. Just like dropping masking as I age, I'm dropping my presentation affectations, leaving behind the most authentic me I've ever been.

Also, while I've had chronic illness since childhood, I'm now very definitely no longer able-bodied & am coming to grips with having some level of disability & chronic pain/health issues. Acceptance is a challenge for my too-stubbornly self-reliant ass.

Reminded that I may also need to rewatch Leverage as well to see scumbag insurance people, billionaires, and asshats-at-large get their karmic payback.. even if it's only fiction.

I was a total Hufflepuff devotee. But then, well.. yeah. Apparently despite magic & multiple types of transformation, there's no room for folks like me. So eff her.

Well, that's just one of many reasons why you're loved and demonstrate what a good bean you are. <3

For anyone curious the band is Otava Yo, Russian Folk rock music that seems to be just as much Bluegrass as stuff like the Ben Miller band is.. great stuff!

Got to admit, if the original cyberpunks had been less orientalist they really would have nailed it.

All things considered, for Michael Bay, The Rock was light(er) on the typical Michael Bay-ness, and it was cheesy popcorn fun. 8/10

The Rock was interesting. It seemed to be a lot of previous movie tropes mashed together. The car chase from Bullitt, mine cars from Indiana Jones, etc. Plus Hans Zimmer even seemed like he had a bit of pre-POTC score that was the riff from "He's a Pirate." & having every character actor ever..

Ahhh, that explains why Intel marked chips come up as Cyrix! Always wondered about that! Thanks!

I'm intrigued that memtest is showing it as a Cyrix chip.. I remember my dad having a Cyrix 6x86 system for a long time, before Cyrix went under.. those were some interesting years.

Oh, and fuck ableism. Accessibility matters and is huge.
