I don’t see the kuz move as a big swing at all

Considering according to Kuz’ insta, he’s already in Milwaukee, I’d be shocked. But I hope that’s what happens.
comment in response to post
Yeah I’m with you, it doesn’t feel good at all. Especially with how bad Kuzma has been this year

Agreed

Sims is a cheap athletic big, we needed that. But again, I don’t view him or Kuzma as needle movers, especially when you’re shipping out Khris.

Hahaha yeah Ajax. AJJ just has always stuck in my mind

Wouldn’t be mad at this at all

As much as I like AJJ, I don’t trust him in the playoffs. They really need an upgrade there.

Yeah I’d be okay looking at other options

That’s the best case scenario. The only problem is, I’m not sure how much lakers Kuzma helps when you factor in losing Khris. Kuz isn’t a great playmaker, not a great defender and even at his best (rookie year), he was only a 36% 3 point shooter, and 70% FT shooter. I’m trying to find hope though

Totally agreed

Sadly I just don’t trust Kuzma’s jumper enough for that

If they snooped around Butler/Lavine, I think they think they are

Extremely sad ending to his tenure here. He’s going to an awful team, and got traded for a mid player. I want him back

I wasn’t anti trading Khris either. I understood why it may have to happen. But not for Kuzma. Makes 0 sense

I was excited for the deadline. I thought there was a chance the Bucks made a big swing. Instead they got worse. The only thing that could salvage this is a big trade we don’t see coming, but I think that’s highly unlikely. I have very little to no desire to watch games anymore.

Not to mention, you traded AJ Johnson!!! I didn’t like the AJ Johnson pick at the time, but it’s even WORSE now!! You traded your potential future star (their words not mine) AFTER LESS THAN A WHOLE SEASON!!!!! WHAT!!!!!!
comment in response to post
This move feels like Jimmy Haslam wanted to save some money. That’s what it feels like. You’re trading a franchise legend for a guy who is WORSE!!!!!!

Khris has been better than Kuzma all season. The wizards are in last place. The worst team in basketball. Statistically they were BETTER with Kuzma on the bench than they were on the court. He’s a horrid FT shooter, he’s shooting low 30% from 3, and is extremely inefficient. Not even a good defender

First of all, I think this is a lateral move at best. It’s not a needle mover, and I think there’s a much higher chance that this hurts the Bucks rather than helps them. The only positive is money/flexibility moving forward. Dame and GA aren’t getting younger. You can’t punt seasons.

I’m kissing the sport of football goodbye man. I don’t enjoy it enough to go through this every year
