No Kings on Presidents’ Day! America was founded on the ideals that there is no taxation without representation, that there is no place for tyrants here, that liberty is paramount. That we can disagree in how best to move forward as a nation but there are no kings.

reasonable people can debate indirect cost rates, disparities, history, and use. however, it is impossible to have a functioning institution when hundreds of millions of dollars of expected income in indirect costs is reneged on with three days notice. uni's just don't have other revenue sources
