Finally getting around to trying Supergiant's Pyre, and having a lot of fun. I've seen a lot of people comparing the rites to basketball, but to be honest, I'm getting a lot more "Bloodbowl" in terms of actual game feel. I mean, I play Rukey like a Skaven gutter runner.

I love how Another Crab's Treasure is handling NG+. Aggro Crab really delivered (so far, at least) on their promise of remixed encounters and new boss moves and the like. And so many bobbit worms. Speaking of. I need to have words with the Moon Snail about one spot, in particular.

I am SO STOKED for Silksong. And it looks like Hornet is getting some new moves similar to ones I've coded for my character, like grappling to enemies. Which is both cool and a little intimidating. Still, it's one of the few games that is a day-one purchase for me.

Took a few days to give my brain a break, then started coding gameplay settings, since they have a small impact on other areas. The affected gameplay elements (e.g. health, AI, attack speed/patterns) can be changed easily, giving the player a range of difficulty options. #gamedev #godot #indiedev
