To expound somewhat: you're not always in combat or character building. Often you're in conversations that, more often than not, are a step down for the series. Often you're driving long distances, ping ponging back and forth between POIs. There's a lot of

Andromeda was mediocre. It innovated on the series combat in the exact direction 3 was already taking it (mobility), and allowed interesting character building.
However, it committed the greatest sin a game can; being boring. (Imo)
