Milchpulver wird seit Jahren in großem Stil gestohlen und nach China verschifft: www.zeit.de/2018/32/baby... (leider hinter Paywall). Das hat dann nichts mit Bedürftigkeit zu tun. Wenn ich so etwas sehen würde, würde ich es eher melden.

When I did my military service back when, I learned two modes of marching: "in step" / "without step" (don't know the English terms). The former was only for parades. Here, they used the latter. That must be intentional.
