For so, so many people on the spectrum…their personal experiences and traumas meant little to nothing…couldn’t even get them a solid diagnosis…unless they were heavily impacting others negatively. So, if you’re high-masking? Psh, good luck!

Perfect. Oh…and just double check that the corporate attorneys and executives read the contracts. I find that strategically-placed pop-quizzes work well. Not all attorneys are contracts people. This knowledge…this knowledge saves us $$$$.😅

It’s…corporate. I’m the sole in-house member of the legal team at my company. I’m lucky to LOVE my company and I have an INCREDIBLE GC that I work with directly at our parent company…but my situation isn’t necessarily the norm in the industry. 👀😬 It feels good to be an empowered “unicorn”, though.
