Yes, apparently they go nuts over sweet potatoes and they are VERY nutritious. If you don't have a dehydrator, you can put them in a low temp oven. Lots of links online.

I had mine together too, the first shingles anyway. I had them in my left arm so I could still crochet. Really just minor discomfort, nothing like if I got either of those things.
