Wonderful news! Is the TXT record checked more than once to confirm that the domain is staying pointed to Bluesky, after it's originally configured? For example, if someone ends up failing to renew their domain and it changes ownership, will their Bluesky username revert back to their original name?

What's crazy about other platforms is that they don't function as would be expected - people who choose to follow an account on them, don't necessarily see what the account even posts. That's one of the many things that Bluesky is getting right - allowing social media to *actually* work! Well done!
