Orowin does eventually have children of their own; being genderqueer they don’t claim to be a father as such. They leave that for Astarion and Halsin, and instead are happy to be celebrated on another day.

Every single artist I follow who makes comics gives the same advice - if you want to make them, just do it. Don't wait for when you're "good enough" or when you're ready... just start.
