Twisted. Its why they now have jewelry and bands on their horns! To cover up the scarring and cracks, and also to feel good about themselves.
Another wound is just their intense scarring from the end of edw. They get better but they have scar tissue on their hands that came from magic overuse

better. There’re still issues, and certain things around msq 82-83 raises serious tensions between Fia and Ignatius, but by the end of Endwalker Fia is able to tell Ignatius that they love him, and they want to get to know him better.
