I had been doing a slow cutback on the stuff, but I realized I had to totally cut it out.
The first couple of nights haven't been the best sleep, but after all this, it will be nice having booze weighing me down.

Brain fog, energy drain, and deepening my depression.

It lost its luster around Thanksgiving and it was a slow quitting during early / mid December.
But after not drinking for a couple days I think I'm good quitting for my own health's sake.
