PLEASE #twitch #streamers, download one of your VODs to get a look at the size of your videos and your archive. My archive is 2.2TB which is about $9 of server space. I earn Twitch a LOT more than that. Please let them know how utterly foolish of a decision this is!

Because #Twitch will no longer store long video content, this means the only way they will be able to see or study the history of what happens on Twitch as a platform is to do it via Youtube. This is a profound failure for Twitch as a modern platform to offload their entire history!

Definitely, Ben! The things that have most inspired me are Robin Hunicke's MDA model users.cs.northwestern.edu/~hunicke/MDA... very grounded and easy to approach! Then there's Jesper Juul Half-Real which is closer to the literal game theory archive.org/details/half... That's a perfect starting place
