Do you ship to Japan? Don't know how much shipping to choose for that... I put my address into the checkout and it chose the "shipping zines to Europe" price but I'm sure that's not enough.

You're welcome! There's a whole industry to support worried new parents haha. We mostly took shelter at jidou centres in summer with our first - they have AC, toys, and other kids and parents. With our second COVID hit so that was out of the question sadly.

They sell ice pillow inserts made to fit strollers and car seats, you just take the cold packs out and freeze them. I think we often worried too much and still do but it's good for peace of mind.

We were similarly worried with our kids, I think that's pretty standard. My daughter needed long walks in a stroller to fall asleep when she was 1, just in time for summer. We got ice pillows (big soft cold packs) and put them under her, and hung very light fabric wraps around the canopy.
