Biggest size jump I've done so far was 15mm to 28mm, but I'd be interested to see how something smaller would hold up. I figure it'd look more like a game piece, but could be fun to paint!

It's because we're always on the verge of panic while speaking, you gotta be quick off the mark to get an EEEEE?! or an AAAAA!!! out.

By far the most remarkable use of a 3D printer is the 'me and my son' meme. Also you could feasibly mash out some pretty respectable Inquisitor miniatures, BUT THE LULZ TO BE HAD

We aren't in a race. I remind myself pretty regularly! But 'success' isn't the goal of a hobby (unless you're into competitions!). Others excelling at their craft shouldn't affect your satisfaction in your own. We could all stand to potter around the shed a little more, sometimes.

Man alive! That's not shabby at all. That army effect really works here, and the individuals look pretty swish on thise bases, too. Nice work!

Nope, this was just for me. It was just spray brown, get a big-ass brush loaded up with silver and go nuts. ð

Plus, it'd be nice to have an excuse to crack out some of the weirder terrain pieces I've got painted once in a while...

Getting photos of tanks is a reet pain in the arse. ð
Lovely work on these both, tho! Those funky British designs are always fun to see on the table.

Yellow!
Painting him wasn't hard at all, as I think is evidenced by the result. ð
But photographic the massive bugger, now... that was tricky!

It's good you're already planning on getting it 'cause maaaaannnnnn it's a good kit. The only real complaints I have are a couple of the arm choices are a wee bit fiddly to assemble, and I don't really like puddle bases all that much, but otherwise? Absolutely bonkers good bag of toys.

He definitely looks better from the front than the rear - I missed a wee bit on his back, I think - but since my miniatures aren't allowed to retreat it only matters if my opponent thinks they look cool, anyway. ðĪŠ
