Und bei Esci nochmal problematischer, selbst in kleinen Dosen hat das eine hohe Rezeptorsättigung, auch bei 5mg kommt es da ggf. zum Absetzsyndrom. Dafür stellen wir teils auf Fluoxetin um, weil sich das aufgrund langer HWZ selbst ausschleicht.

Dabei gibt es Alternativen, die Gerichte haben teils schon sichere, datenschutzkonforme digitale Postfächer (beBPo)… Wobei aufgrund fehlender gültiger digitaler Unterschrift in der Praxis die Anträge dennoch ausgedruckt und am Fax wieder eingescannt werden müssen 🫣🫠

Jaaa… Musste letztens mit einer französischen Klinik telefonieren zwecks Patientinnenvorbefunde, und als ich entsprechend der Klinikvorgaben um eine Zustellung per Fax gebeten hab wurde ich ausgelacht 😬🫣😅

Yeah. Or, in that case, not even mainly the direct management but like the healthcare system per se, there’s generally to few physicians who then have to spend to much time doing buerocratic stuff, but yes, I get your point!
