Deltatraveller, having been born from a meme, is truly one wild, funky ride. Neat premise, kickass boss fights, and tons of fun hijinks. I have spent an inordinate amount of time playing Uno against Inverted Fate Papyrus.

TS!Underswap might not be finished yet, but it's already excellent. Great character writing, a similarly impressive level of polish, and an intriguing plot so far. Koffin-K is my favourite Undertale fan character and I would die for his villainous friendship with Chara.

Undertale Yellow is pretty much the gold standard. It has a charming cast of characters, an inspiring level of care and polish, and a banger soundtrack. Starlo might be my second favourite Undertale fan character.

Sure, why the hell not; I'll take one. I could throw my Undertale bat monster OCs up there, at least.

I miss him, but as long as Mettaton takes care of him, I think I'll be alright.

Undertale has been my unequivocal favourite game for a long time now, but Deltarune is certainly threatening to surpass it. I wouldn't be surprised if it does by the time it's complete.

The Delta-brainrot has taken hold.

People also owe Yellow an apology for being so mean about it "breaking canon." 'Cause now we have Toby, through one of his characters who is also a writer, saying it's cool and good actually for people to rewrite stories however they want.

Only daedra aren't allowed to share names; that's how they end up with names like Krrztrrb.

I skipped ahead to the Dedan fight because I NEEDED to hear your reaction to... y'know. Did not disappoint. I myself went "GODDAMNIT TOBY" out loud at my screen when I played it myself. Literally jumpscared by Papyrus.

I saw this notification on my phone and immediately thought "it's Nihilego" without even having to look at the gif.

El Bailador sprinted and did ten backflips so the Toby Fox rhythm game could calmly walk to buy some milk.

I too would like to be murdered repeatedly by a woman made of knives.

Hah, I knew it; Undertale/Deltarune and OneShot were the first things I thought of when I saw the premise. And this game looks like it's shaping up to be a really cool take on those themes, with some impeccable vibes. Looking forward to it.

Also, Chara putting the coin in their mouth to defeat Sans during his "quest." (Gross)

I love the bit when you interact with the house on the beach while Koffin-K is with you. Chara throws a rock at the door, Koffin-K encourages them to throw a rock at the window next, and if you interact with the house again, CHARA ACTUALLY DOES IT.

I miss being able to rename potions. I remember when I first played Oblivion, I ended up spending a bunch of time brewing various "alcoholic drinks" with weird effects that I would give fun novelty names to.

Grand Theft Auto, the game franchise which famously never involves shooting hordes of cops. And that Officer Tenpenny from San Andreas; what an upstanding citizen.

This is Bethesda we're talking about. Skyrim has enough contradictions in it that I can easily believe their art and narrative directors would let a hiccup like this slip through.

If I had to guess, I'd say the artist was shown the original, told "make a new version of that," and thought "well, I can't leave that dead space on the right there" without checking to see if there was a lore reason why there were only four.

You're telling me that a game from two console generations ago that already felt janky in its time might feel a little dated? Whoah.

The Earthsea series is some of the best fantasy ever written.

NPC schedules could be cool (as long as they're used carefully, so that quest NPCs aren't a nightmare to find), and I'd like to see the combat brought more in line with a modern game. But I'd want everything else kept the same.
