Terrible "artist" who yaps about video games, VTubers, Seattle, and vintage synthesizers.

At the same time though, I can also imagine him saying something to the tune of "Hello friends, my name is J.J.! And today, I'm joined by a very special guest: beloved Canadian VTuber Dokibird! (Pulls down a full-screen graphic like a curtain, with accompanying retro sound effect)"

I also feel an impulsive need to put one of the plushies I have into one of the Café du Monde cans, make it look like they’re peeking over the rim.
I *do* have one that’s a nice navy blue, would be great for a Nerissa friends with u plush… if it would actually stay in stock. 🫠

For real
I'd like to hope the geysers aren't as finnicky in the remasters.

Nuts that one of the best Colossi comes right after the most infuriatingly finnicky one, isn't it?

It's amazing how often Pulchra (and/or Lycaon) make everyone have their "I'm not a furry, but--" moment.
Just embrace it. 👌

I tell you what I'd love to have again, is the king cake soda that Abita makes for a short span of time around Mardi Gras.
It's like a rich cream soda with cinnamon, best enjoyed slow and easy.

Perhaps, then, the answer is to try my hand at more stylistic experimentation, because I've definitely seen and consumed media that could be described as a blend of cartoonish and anime-y styles.
Probably not doing the best job explaining myself here, though.

I think one of the things I dislike the most about my art is that I might be trying too hard to adopt a strictly anime-influenced style, when my original influences were clearly more in line with American cartoons.
It's produced a style that feels stuck in an odd, awkward gap between the two.

If this happens again, feel free to DM and let me know. I can be stupid and tunnel-visioned sometimes.

To be fair, it was quite novel in Hugo’s time, like a glimpse of the future.
My suggestion was a Feraligatr equivalent based on the Tarasque, since there’s a whole town in France named after it and with local festivities based on it. Either Water/Poison or Water/Dragon.
