I played Mouthwashing last night. 10 out of 10 the most unhinged experience of my life that will be on my mind for months to come. I don’t often play horror games but my friend recommended it to me and I was pleasantly surprised.

First Hi-Fi Rush, now Marvel Rivals? This doesn’t make any sense. I really can’t say anything that hasn’t already been said. This is idiotic behavior to lay off talent like this. It does not benefit the industry or the company as a whole whatsoever. This needs to stop.

My friends just sent me a copy of Halo 2. It’s the OG Xbox disc. I no longer own an Xbox. I appreciate the gift nonetheless. I will hang it on my wall. Thank you friends.

I also have to revamp all of my websites and socials to be under a common email and alias because my portfolio of projects are all over the place. 💀

As much as I LOVE the starter packs feature here on Bluesky, at some point it saddens me to have to unfollow a bunch of profiles that don’t align with what I like to see in my feed.

📋 Boss Rush Jam day 11 I took a break from Jamming today to play some Pacific Drive. The grind starts back tomorrow.

Every couple of months… I hear this voice… This awful… ghostly voice… whispering right into my ear… It says… “Watch Twilight…” I don’t even like the movies… Yet the voice… it keeps coming back…

📋 Boss Rush Jam day 9 We finally have movement. Well… again. I reworked the movement to be physics based and not be built off of Unity’s First Person Character Controller. Now I have something that actually works with the jump pads / Man Canons. I promise we’ll have bosses soon.

📋 Boss Rush Jam day (8??) A lot of the work done has been in documentation and prototyping, but I DID make a little mockup of the arena so far. The arena will change between bosses to have more or less platforms and walls to jump off of. (Ignore the stretched texture, it’s only to mark materials)

Piggybacking off of my last post, I can’t really celebrate the Certification without acknowledging the Unity Pathways for helping me get there. I may have used Unity all throughout college, but going through these courses gave me better confidence in my skills as a programmer and in Unity.

I am happy to announce that ya boy passed his Unity Certified User Programmer Exam! 📜 While I would love to move on to get the Junior Programmer Cert, I’ve got other opportunities lined up at the moment, but I plan on returning back to it later down the line!

📋Boss Rush Jam Day 1 We’re starting just a little bit late, but we almost immediately had the idea we wanted to go for, which is the 360 no-scope I mentioned in a previous post. We’re currently just working on documentation and pre-production so we spent a lot of time inside a Google Doc.

Starting the year of with a Certification Exam and a Game Jam that I’m going to go completely crazy with and burn myself out on. Wish me luck my friends.

Welcome to 2025. To kick the year off, I want to make a game for the Boss Rush Jam where bosses are invisible or invulnerable while you’re looking at them and are only active behind you. So in order to shoot them, you have to spin around and hit the nastiest 360 no-scopes.
