Reflecting on this BBBL season - this is the first quarter-final I've ever made it to, and I'm immensely proud of that. I think I need to work on my player positioning most of all, as that's let me down a couple of times, but overall I can see how much I've improved at the game!

Warhammer Bretonnians are largely early 14c 'transitional' armor, chain with extra plates over limbs. A super neat detail is those little shoulder shields, "ailettes", they're for heraldry, possibly glancing blows (jousting encranche are different!), no surviving examples so speculate from artwork.

This is silly. Kitbashing has been an enormous part of the hobby since I first started, and in some cases was even supported due to cross-kit compatibility (fantasy orc boys and their 40k counterparts, for instance!) Utterly boneheaded to try and legislate it out of big events in the name of IP!
