Drove a brand new fully loaded rental car for a week and it gave me an extra measure of will to live and to enjoy myself. While pretty “basic”, it was needed delight. It’s prob cheaper to rent a car when I need/want to then to buy new as that boost wears off quick.

Mowed lawn & listened to the 10% happier podcast. It utterly pissed me off. Guy interviewed trained 25+ hours a week (plus work) to find himself while also married with young kids. I’m currently recovering from 38 years straight as the key nurturer but do go on how digging deep fixed you sir
