Cover for Book 3 of the Noss Saga, once again by the amazing @caraid.bsky.social. The bear on the illustration is named Kitjári—many of you have met her in Book 2, and she's a total badass in Book 3, you'll see. Expect to see other bears as well :)

For the non programmers out there, what makes Rust special has nothing to do with it being memory safe, in fact basically every language people actually use is memory safe with the exception of C, C++ and Assembly

I know, it's sadly refreshing in a way... Like a return to form.

The key is block the people hosting these kinda lists. Same for those tagging not things too. Make it hard for them to see or find new stuff to add.

Absolutely agree, I'm using Bazzite now on a separate NVMe, and it's really good. Better than Pop, and not just because I can use KDE. There's still a few drawbacks, I think I'd struggle with doing deeper development work and somethings like IPFS aren't possible yet. But it's still very good overall

What are your thoughts on image-based distros, such as Fedora Silverblue or BazziteOS?
