Generally speaking, the world would be a better place if people simply engaged with (or avoided) the end result of creative endeavors, rather than blindly attempt to reverse-engineer every aspect of them for some ill-fated pursuit of determining "where it all went wrong."

I've been living similarly in the Andor score, as of late. A fine way to ruminate on art, and to make the mundane processes of existence a bit more productive.

Andor carved out a unique space, and specific tone, that is brilliant and captivating and worthy of further exploration, but to deny the other elements and possibilities of Star Wars, in doing so, would be a mistake.

And here is where we diverge in opinion.
You know I love Andor, but there is great value and purpose - for all ages - in the grandiose fantasy, mysticism, youthful wonder, and whimsy that is found in the rest of Star Wars storytelling.

My secret is not feeling bad (or trying, anyway) about not posting on social media.
That said, it does lead to a bit of internal conflict whenever I do post - "why should I post this, when I didn't post that?"

Worrying as it may be, there’s not much to be done about our “registered interest” at this point. We’ll just have to let it play out.

As long as Nintendo continues to employ good, creative people and those people continue to produce compelling games and hardware, they’ll maintain their following. The fans take the bad with the good.

If today was indicative of how we’ll play next week, anything is possible. 🤞

You couldn't have asked for a better end to the half. CJ has that spark again. Let's fucking do this.

But if I'm not unleashing my rage online, how will I ever make up for my general life dissatisfaction?!

For no particular reason at all, I wanted to say “congrats” and that I’m excited for you.

That’s really disappointing to hear. I was looking forward to seeing what they were working on. I hope everyone affected can find a bright way forward.

To leave Twitter behind, and to hopefully find a better way to make use of social media going forward. The fresh start has been good.
