i adore the Bigfin Squid, theyre so cool and alien looking! Theres something almost angelic about them to me, the way they just gracefully drift through the ocean.

i mean its on about the same level as in the previous 2 movies, theres just slightly less human stuff in this one lol. their dialogue felt on the same level as in most other "kids" movies to me, passible at best.

fun fact: We know from her dialogue in the actual game league of legends that, when it comes to men, twinks are in fact her type (Ezreal, Hwei, ect.). And when it comes to women, its ones who are equally capable of absolutely crushing someone with their bare hands lol (Illaoi and Shyvana)

One of my few complaints about the the plot of this show is Ishas death. It left the team with nothing but unsatisfying options for jinx's future, and they just had to pick one out of the few they were left with. I dont think i wouldve been all that satisfied if she lived either tbh

And yeah the merging of the lore has always been an utterly terrible decision, but its not Fortiche's fault that Riot sucks at handling their property, and im happy that despite the merge, they clearly still got to tell the story they wanted to tell, even if they didnt have the space for all of it

Arcanes biggest flaw has always been that it tries to cram like 3 seasons worth of story into 9 episodes, and loses a lot of potential depth because of it. Season 1 barely managed to make it work, but this season wouldve GREATLY benefited from being at least 4 acts instead of 3

I can’t say I’m surprised given Riots track record, but I am disappointed.
Riot is full of so many amazingly talented artists, writers, and developers, with infinite passion to give. But sadly the corporate pigs running the show have made it clear that they couldn’t care less about them.

I'm so sick of this notion that studios seem to have that live action is somehow a more "legitimate" medium then animation. A huge part of why movies/shows like The Lion King, Avatar, and How to Train your Dragon are enduring classics is BECAUSE they were done using animation.

What other pieces of media, if any, did you pull from when coming up with your characters? (tv, games, books, ect.) I know a lot of the ocs that live in my head tend to start as a collection of ideas taken from media i enjoy.
