This video in particular is compounded by the fact that the recording did not itself have a mic anywhere near the speakers. Even the in-person speakers are muted as a result, but at least the subtitling worked for them.

For anyone outside the US "libertarian" in the US means "fash with a gas station katana." For anyone inside the US, "libertarian" means anarchist (and only actual anarchist, not oxymoronic fantasy politics like "ancap" or "anarcho monarchist" or whatever).
