one political side is braking the law to send armed troops against protestors, the other side is writing a strongly worded letter... guess who will win this BS of a timeline...

yeah, but why pick the part of the 30's that obviously don't apply...yet. why not picking the early 30's which are a much better fit...

but you should compare the right time frames... when comparing the current Trump regime with Germany... then you shouldn't compare the third reich, but the weimarer republic! So we are talking here about the empowering of the NSDAP during 1932-1934... before Anschluss, before Vienna Award...

man sollte das mit dem politischen Kabarett gänzlich lassen... es liefert denen doch nur ideen... oder so ".we read it and we're working on it!"

Falsches Werkzeug schlechtes Ergebnis... 😅

Just Pick Up a history book, you'll find time and places where these things happened and also there are words for it. The only question is, what will the US public do...

Linksradikale so so... Gibt es Pläne zur Enteignung und Verstaatlichung von allen und alles??? 🤣

honestly... yes it meant exactly that! I mean, haven't you listened? haven't you read? haven't you seen all those people screaming for revenge? Haven't you seen how they where talking about Biden &Co all the time? Did this sound vaguely civil to you?

Or you have no idea how many people in his own party he has ignored over the last two years... I just say his AfD stunt wasn't well received inside his own party

With respect to energy production in space and sending it back to earth via microwave beam, there is a lot of stuff written you should be able to find online if you are interested. it's quite safe and could also function as shading to cool earth down. but ... expensive! preserving earth is cheaper

in contrary to sifi, there is no secrecy in space. everything you do, is visible and the more you want to do, the more it is visible.

but nothing you can use beyond it's intended use, aka mostly radio signals for communication. If you would want to transfer energy to transform it to electricity or as a weapon, you would need first a lot of energy to start with. if this is solar based, we are talking about km² of solar sails
comment in response to
post
you can transfer energy with electromagnetic radiation. When using a laser, you reduce losses. but losses you will have. Also you will need emitters and receivers on each satellite tuned to the right frequency. The current satellites in orbit transfer in fact energy...

if you want to imply a human adversarial factor, digital sabotage could be an option, but please note, as of now I guess nobody has any information to support such a claim. But a man made EMP as well as a natural occuring one is highly unlikely
comment in response to
post
the Sun is a 'bit more powerful' then satellites. It's mostly charged particles coming from the sun and hitting the earth magnet field. nuclear bombs creating an EMP by 'knocking' electrons from air molecules. in other words, you need a lot of energy to accelerate particles
.
comment in response to
post
you can't just produce an EMP with a satellite, you would need a lot of power that satellites usually don't have. Also they are pretty high up for a directed EMP. And last but not least, an EMP causes problems not only in the grid, but in every electric circuit. cars for example.

Fission or Fusion in the inner solar system is a huge waste of money
comment in response to
post
The first would mean to spread fission infrastructure over a large area which needs to be secured, the second is the most expensive thing you can imagine compared to the running Fusion reactor above our heads... Or all boils down to costs

sadly not even typical for the last 20 years or so. The arctic is running away and is leaving every prediction sadly on the worse side! We are witnessing a runaway effect. What ever you have heard will be in 2050 or 2100... you can reduce it by a few decades!
comment in response to
post
in short, the arctic is way too hot, way hotter than the rest of the globe and this is bad because it will cause a lot of factors switching to even more warming. The only positive is, Trump can do whatever he wants, we are in the endgame anyhow.
TLDR: we are royally F*ed

why should you be forced to undress or be with someone in an intimate space? Why talking about rape, when rape by a stranger is rare compared to rape where victim and perpetrator know each other, sadly often within family. This all is very confusing.

Well, blame statistics. Since human behaviour is mostly represented by a bell curve, it's only natural to see some things more often than others. And since the internet is on his good days the biggest source of information humanity has ever had. You will see way more than in your daily life

If you want to count every word the 'general public" hasn't heard of as 'woke' you have to add a lot of words 😅 you just could say you have never taken a deeper look into human sexual behaviour

Easy, AI won't buy a single product, won't ask for a single service... If there are no jobs, there will be no demand, and without demand, there is nothing to do, even for AI. Capitalism will collapse

You literally insist on a difference between not attracted and acting based on attraction in a very short and simplified answer. Do you really think I'm the right person to fight a battle with?
comment in response to
post
Well, when I am sexually not attracted to another person then I am not interested in having sex with this person... Again I fail to see the difference beside semantic and complexity.
comment in response to
post
Maybe you and I just have a totally different understanding of the word "simplified"
comment in response to
post
I fail to see where your answer differs from mine except that it is a bit more nuanced... But I said "very simplified"which means it is not as nuanced as it could be... But this isn't wrong, because your answer is also very limited in scope and further fully grasp the psychological phenomenon...

Just a guess, better diagnostic, more information with parents, teachers, general more acceptance in the public towards diversity ... ofcourse, outside of the right wing bubble.

As I said, this field of science is 150 years old. You reject it solely because the findings scare you? Do you reject cancer as well? I don't know how old you are, but I read the first paper about this field in the early 1980‘s

As I said, you have to deny a lot of physics. Funny enough even physics that is related to the screen you use to read this message. Let me ask you, have you tried to understand the science behind climate change?

Not really, you need a basis for doubt. Otherwise it is pointless because even your existence is doubtful...

Tell me you have never looked into underlying scientific papers without telling me. Just a hint, the CO2 hypotheses is almost 150 years old... You have to deny a lot of data and physics to make your point

nicht wirklich, es wird nur so getan als wäre 'nix tun' billiger. Ist wie immer ceteris paribus ... kennt keiner, nutzen alle und ist stets ein falsch verstandenes Mittel zu Analyse, keine Handlungsempfehlung!
