Yes, MHN and Pikmin Bloom were also included in the acquisition. All the press notices say that its a partnership and the games will continue to operate independently with their current teams.

TPC/Creatures, sure, but less than Nintendo.
TPCi? Absolutely not. Check out the TCG client they built, its far worse than any of the Scopely products from a function standpoint and somehow buggier than Go.
