Dear Edwin, we have a Chirascan CD instrument from Applied Photophysics. Our instrument doesn’t do that at all. It works perfectly. The best approach will be contacting customer service. They are fantastic either via email or phone either with or without a service contract in place ! Good luck! 🍀👍
