Quick Note not worth an article but the GAN spread sits at 13% with a deal scheduled to close in May. The price dropped due to a deal extension that Sega/Gan agreed to since they are waiting on regulatory approvals.

Solution for h1b debate. Make a minimum salary of 150k a year a requirement and charge a yearly registration fee of 10k. If you are bringing in top talent because you can't find someone in America, this should be no problem.

Below is an example of two century bonds you can buy right now that yield above 5 percent for a long term hold. Your counterparty is usc and upenn. Given their endowments they are in good shape :) there are lots of other universities who offer century bonds now.

Universities have now issued these things called century bonds ie bonds that will outlive you and me. They have longer duration than almost any instrument on the market. Due to interest rate drop, the principal of them fluctuates with long dated t bills but there is almost no credit risk

Preferred stock 30: We've reached the final day. I've got one boring one for you and two interesting ones. So the boring one is wfc prl. Its a 6 percent wells fargo preferred. The interesting one is a long term bet on interest plays. So the first thing to understand is these are illiquid.

Preferred stock 29: UAN and TFSL So today is a 2fer. UAN is an mlp that trades with fertilizer products. It may go up significantly in value with the tariff trade. Yields 9 percent Tfsl is a small bank. This is actually common stock but pays an 8.5 percent dividend due to its weird structure.
