Worth noting that its SO CHALLENGING to do a no dice/no masters system in AP and make it engaging but @spellboundmage.bsky.social sets the tone perfectly and the whole cast follows suit with big choices and lush description. Check it out today, an easy binge right now!

This isn't to discourage anyone, it's just to say that you have to have deep discussions with your cast mates about it and make sure that everyone is aware of the extra responsibilities

This exactly! Speaking as some who has done a gmless AP season, all cast members have to be really bought in in a way that just isn't necessary in your typical gmed game.
Also, it is really hard to sustain a longer arc without someone pushing the story in a particular way.

Very cool! In case you want to take a look at a similar idea, have you heard of Eidolon Playtest's Disco Ska? The Ska campaign is a bunch of high schoolers in 1999 investigating the disappearance of a bunch of kids in 1979 played in the Disco campaign and the episode releases were intertwined
